Our Story

Founder and CEO Tim Mascheroni has more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry. After graduating from Cal Berkeley with a degree in architecture, he joined Mascheroni Construction alongside his two brothers. Mascheroni Construction proudly served clients all over the Bay Area for more than 30 years, valuing relationships, communication, and craftsmanship. After relocating to Sun Valley, Tim started Mascheroni Design/Build where he carries on the tradition he and his two brothers began 30 years ago- to design and build beautiful custom homes. Today, Tim works alongside his son, Joseph, as they expand their portfolio throughout Sun Valley. We specialize in new construction, additions, and whole home remodels. Being a licensed architect and builder, Mascheroni Design/Build provides single source responsibility and accountability.
