Who We Are
Mascheroni Design/Build traces its roots to 1989, when the Mascheroni brothers founded Mascheroni Construction on the belief that good work begins with strong relationships and pride in your name. Over decades of remodels and custom homes, the company grew through word of mouth and long-term employees who treated every job like their own.
In 2015, Tim Mascheroni moved to Sun Valley and founded Mascheroni Design Build, bringing
that same hands-on approach to Blaine County. With a background in architecture and construction, Tim built the company around thoughtful planning, careful execution, and close collaboration with clients.
Joe joined the company in 2019, bringing a design-focused perspective shaped by his background in construction and visual design. Anton joined in 2024 after running his own construction business in
Los Angeles and working in Colorado. Together, and working in Colorado. Together, they are building the next generation of the company—strengthening systems, improving communication, and maintaining the standard the Mascheroni name represents.
Today, we take on a limited number of custom homes and major remodels each year so we can stay closely involved in every project and build homes we’re proud to stand behind.
